DISCUSSION: - Core Documents Newsletter Article - Susan still waiting on answers to open questions
- Core Documents Press Release - waiting for answers to open questions - need to confirm if we are waiting intentionally for some other reason
- ADAPT Flyer - Susan has in process; are there photos/images that make sense to use in the flyer?
- Do we have anything that explains the interrelation of the various PAC projects? ADAPT, SPADE, PAIL, etc. Diagram or any materials?
- There is no diagram
- Andres just recorded a presentation laying out very well how they marry together
- SPADE/PAIL establishes standards and data requirements for interoperability of farm equipment and systems while ADAPT implements and enables to interoperability based on the data provided by SPADE and PAIL. ADAPT provides a framework/infrastructure to translate data from one piece of equipment on the farm and another based on the standards and data captured in SPADE/PAIL.
- Onboarding -
- AgGateway has a process for general onboarding. Plans to enhance this. Member Services has this process.
- Shannon Haringx (Unlicensed) to reach out to Chris Crutchfield (member.services@aggateway.org) to understand new onboarding process and what the plans are for doing more (Susan emailing and copying Shannon for introduction). Another possible touch point with Marilyn Hunter (membership committee)
- Possible company mentor to reach out to the new member
- Biggest point of feedback from companies newly joining is what do I do next? How do I fit/get involved?
- Existing process is documented on the wiki at /wiki/spaces/PUB/pages/63832107
