| Syngenta interns starting work on ADAPT documentation R. Andres Ferreyra (Unlicensed) started with DANIEL DANFORD Jessica Trites Rolle will re-join ADAPT calls to gather communications and newsletter content. ADAPT 'blurbs' - Jim Wilson suggested the Syngenta interns write down all questions they have and can use those to identify items that need to be new FAQs, new implementation notes, etc. The 'blurb' could be a FAQ every week, every month, to give a 'how to.' Add anchor to page, Tweet it out! The group likes this idea and will use it. MYM moved to July 7-10 (virtual). Will try to keep the week similar to in-person MYM. AgGateway and the Conference Committee are still working through the administration of the sessions, rehearsal, etc., and will allow registration soon. If members have topics for a session(s), please send those to Brent Kemp. Soils/Lab data format survey: Corina Ardelean has two surveys to consolidate into a single survey for distribution to labs and supporting software companies. Questions will be specific about formats used to communicate between labs and partners. The next technical meeting is 6/4, and the next business meeting is the week of 6/9. R. Andres Ferreyra (Unlicensed) said he can build survey in SurveyMonkey. Jessica Trites Rolle will review questions once compiled. Susan Ruland (Unlicensed) provided Jessica Trites Rolle a one-page document with high-level messaging. Jessica Trites Rolle will work with the messages and existing canvases (Soil/labs and PAIL) and "roadmap" Infographic to pull out some new elements that might fill a new need for talking with decisionmakers at current member companies to keep them on board. See 4/30/20 meeting notes in the middle column on this page. Susan Ruland (Unlicensed) mentioned that AgGateway management is also retaining reusable slide decks tailored to specific industry segments, and many of those decks can be mixed around to formulate something new for a different audience. Also have talking points by Council from two or three years ago that could be repurposed into the narrative part of an Infographic. |
