| Discussion PAIL implementation notes are intended for the public, particularly someone in the irrigation ag industry and programmers. The PAIL group has a template and plan for where they believe the content should go and what links to include. Susan Ruland (Unlicensed) will have her designer develop a new template. Dan Berne (Unlicensed) will send what the PAIL team developed to date to Susan as an example of the type of content. R. Andres Ferreyra (Unlicensed) - what do we do with implementation notes that are cross-project/app? Example is ContextItems.
DANIEL DANFORD - need flyer or note to show difference between ADAPT and ISO 11783 XML and how they're meant to work together, not as alternatives to each other - need catchy title, content DANIEL DANFORD - Also need a news article or flyer to discuss ADAPT versioning, breaking changes, and release timing - want to provide implementers with a clear timeline to stop companies from continuing to wait on implementing ("how ADAPT versioning works"). Also update/publish key FAQs for whether or not to implement and when to implement. Susan Ruland (Unlicensed) will post ADAPT videos today Ben Craker (Unlicensed) - consider an ADAPT guide to business and developer info/tools (where the items are, what is available, where to check for more info...) - want viewers to understand there is a whole package of materials to help them |
