People like the idea – small projects, faster, more output.

Exact mechanics? How we figure out who's going to lead an effort?

A little confusion on the Community

4-page booklet - helpful

We need to highlight successes – share those stories, this is how this works.

Keep using the timeline – here's what's coming next.

Idea generation – Meet-ups – communicate those ideas, keep the discussion going – Communications Committee help promote those ideas. (and Member Services)

If Communities are temporary, does it affect member retention/longevitiy – people come and go depending on the "work" ... but, might get more subject matter experts involved

AgGateway 2020/ Susan Ruland (Unlicensed)

Impact on Communications Committee

  • Global considerations: NA, Europe, Latin America
  • Will need updated Branding Guidelines
  • Positive: PMC and DRC - dashboard
  • Merge in PAC Communications Task Force

Immediate Needs/Focus:

  • Website

Merging in PAC team – sometimes might need break-out to work on something specific to that group – or extend a call as needed for those efforts.

Good model for process of support materials for any Working Group.

Home page - want to join a discussion? Or here are the discussions taking place right now – want to join in?
