Let new members understand the level of commitment in terms of work/time. New members may question this.
Job descriptions are on the Wiki for council chairs, vice chairs, committee members, etc.
What would be helpful? What skills do we need at the table?
Social media interest and skills? – this is a working group that is a sub-segment of the committee. One hour per month commitment
Clarify roles and responsibilities during next month’s meeting
Newsletter volunteers: Writing content in general, comfortable interviewing people, coordinating ability. Not for every month, maybe every 2-3 months. Can be based on committees and councils they already sit on. Usually only 4-5 paragraphs

How much visibility internally does AgGateway get in member companies to generate more interest in participation?
