Purpose of meeting: The Implementation and Quick Connect meet up will review current state of discussions regarding needs and expectations for a series of successful connectivity and implementation workshops. Structure for a proposed committee or task force (to be determined/defined) will be reviewed. Deliverables reviewed as well.

Participants will benefit through increased understanding of industry capability and readiness to act; opportunity to offer input and provide direction on active and anticipated collaborative efforts.

      • Retailer and manufacturer/distributor talking through process as the lunch portion

    • Following lunch, more on messages, resources, break out time
    • Focus the message on efficiency improvement, time savings, cost savings - how investment in connectivity 
  • Discussion: 
    • Doesn't have to be a full six person panel; instead, fireside chat sort of conversation, engaging others in the audience/attendees as needed
    • How technical does this need to be in terms of resources needed? Difference in perspective of a manufacturer/distributor and retailer? Don't want to scare folks away, or give them any reason to say "we're not ready to do this", but also be realistic about resource needs when ready.
