1

Welcome, Antitrust and Introduction () 1 min.

Welcome the group - review Antitrust statement
In all of AgGateway's operations and activities, it must avoid discussions or conduct that might violate applicable antitrust laws, or even appear to do so. To that end, AgGateway has established Antitrust Guidelines, which it has provided to each participant in this meeting. While it is your ultimate responsibility to ensure that your actions comply with applicable antitrust laws, your participation in this meeting is affirmation that you will abide by AgGateway's guidelines.

4Review of Action Items () 5 minutesThe group's prior decisions and action items are reviewed, and status reported. Any action items that are not closed out are evaluated for relevance and additional needs
  • Update on MYM Schedule
  • Update on capability and capacity chart
  • Scheduling tools update
  • Draft script content (Today)
  • Video participants update

MYM Schedule - most recent schedule is posted to the AgGateway website. Quick Connect task force is scheduled Wednesday, 15 June, at 8:30 am CDT.

Original capability chart shared following the 31 March call. Input received; drafting a proposed next generation version to share at the MYM.

No update on scheduling tools - believe there may be a limitation in Smartsheet on forms; inability to block out signed up times. That may be why we went with Signup Genius in the first place. Chris notes that if we could give people access to the smartsheet itself, that might work. Uncertain about permissions, user licenses, etc.

Agronomic message to be discussed next week between Jeremy, Greg and Brent.

Draft script(s) review (Paul Schrimpf) 20 minutes

The group reviews proposed scripts and stories for video collateral, provides feedback and identifies any additional valuable participants.

    • Video scripts and stories
    • Members and individuals
    • Necessary documents - release forms? Permission slips?

Paul reviewed the draft script with the group. Shared the background, assumptions and desired outcomes.

  • Introduction
  • 3-4 perspective interviews
    • What did you need?
    • How did the QC meeting move the needle?
    • What was the result/benefit? How did your business benefit?
  • Comments at this time -
    • Looks like a good process and approach
    • Aligned on the value of the perspective interviews
      • Inventory statistics
      • Cost/time savings
      • Tightening business relationships
    • Think that having manufacturers encouraging retailers to connect makes a good perspective to capture
  • Who do we reach out to?
    • Esp. on the manufacturer side - Winfield would be a good one. Maybe a basic, too?
    • Reviewed the current list of contacts; identifying a few for interviews and planning
6

Long Term Ideation (Jeremy Wilson) 10 minutes

Group considers other areas of implementation and connectivity.

  • Retail to field equipment/FMIS connectivity
  • Post-farmgate connectivity
  • Holistic group fostering and encouraging implementation

Discussed next steps, next phases

  • Identify companies, individuals to share and carry the message of data coming back to retail from the farm
  • Discussion of connections between value partners
  • Who are the consumers? Equipment players? FMIS/system integrators? Think we need to lay out a couple of stories:
    • Value of implementing ADAPT
    • Data landscape - what does ADAPT do combined with mix ticket to support carbon, sustainability, other future business layers at retail, distributor, and manufacturer level? How can we leverage the work already done to bring additional value to organizations?
    • If we look at infield product ID, does a success this spring increase the audience and potential implementers for what is trying to be done in quick connect? Think there's a lot of value to bring through the chain all the way to the grower with appropriate documentation.
    • More to come!
