Welcome, Antitrust and Introduction () 2 min.

Welcome the group - review Antitrust statement
In all of AgGateway's operations and activities, it must avoid discussions or conduct that might violate applicable antitrust laws, or even appear to do so. To that end, AgGateway has established Antitrust Guidelines, which it has provided to each participant in this meeting. While it is your ultimate responsibility to ensure that your actions comply with applicable antitrust laws, your participation in this meeting is affirmation that you will abide by AgGateway's guidelines.

3Upcoming Supply Chain Identification Meet Up planningThe group is aware of current plans and has opportunity to ask and have questions answered
  • Session leads
  • Scope of discussion
  • Desired outcome(s)

Discussed plans for next week's meet up related to implementation of GTIN in CP messaging. At conference Bayer volunteered to pilot a CP-oriented GTIN implementation. Other manufacturers have indicated this is also on their roadmap for 2022. Understanding ability to standardize on package configuration, item maintenance, and value of moving to the GTIN are on the agenda for next week's call. Presenters will also share value of implementation in other segments such as CN, Seed.

Desired outcome is at least agreement on timing for a pilot with report out and lessons learned.

Current organizational updates

The group is aware of changes in staffing, structural groups, and has opportunities to ask questions.

  • Staff changes
  • Discussions on connectivity & implementation planning and promotion group
  • Shared that Kristi Block declined to renew her contract with AgGateway; we wish her well in her future endeavors.
  • Discussed staff meeting, shared that the staff is processing feedback from the Quick Connect task force on developing a more formal group to help encourage implementation.
    • Charter document is under development and review by staff
    • Will be socialized with task force members
    • If the path forward as a committee makes sense, the charter would need to be approved by the board
    • No questions on approach at this time
  • Plan quick connect task force meeting for early February
  • Intend to schedule actual quick connect sessions at Mid Year for Tuesday, Energy potentially for Wednesday

Energy Meeting

Group understands the status of current communications on energy discussions and defines next steps as applicable.

  • Face to face desired in April/May
  • Outreach to prospects?
  • Revisit value proposition, charter?

Defer to future call or separate follow up. Per email sent in early Jan, CountryMark has need for internal discussion in order to understand priority of customers as there is low internal need at this time.

Interest by Heartland, pointing CHS towards the conversation as well.

6IdeationGroup has opportunity to place new ideas on the floor, discuss, and determine next steps.

MYM -

  • Winfield is offering a workshop on they "why" of implementation, change management, and the things needed in order to be successful in a B2B implementation process

General updates from attendees: it's early in the year and lots of prep for season is underway.

Noted that AGIIS maintenance recently completed resulted in some significant impact to account subset.

Also observed that maybe a process discussion on GLN maintenance should be had at either a face to face or other organized meet up.

Josh notes that as we see additional relationships between supply chain organizations come together, that could have some impact on entity enumeration and maintenance in the system. Some data points for follow up investigation by the AGIIS Help Desk were shared.

Reiterate value of a master data conversation among members.

A couple of additional support shout outs for GTIN in CP
