3Quick Connect 2021 PlanningThe group has identified a high level plan for implementing a partner connectivity session at the 2021 annual meeting, and next steps are identified as needed
  • Format and timing
  • Invitations and desired audience
  • Collateral
  • Pre-work requested

Quick Connect -

  • Challenge - coordinating meetings with software provider at the table
  • Facility -
    • What does the breakout room list look like? Could we set aside a certain number for these? Is a larger space with "cabanas" an option?
    • Keep in mind the fertilizer meetings are as much about contracting product as arranging the integration
  • Timing could be a challenge when a single provider is working with multiple clients
  • Timing - cross a couple of days and coordinate in order to have conversations in common
    • Cadence: 30 minute/45 minute schedule with 10/15 minute change time
  • Invitations -
    • Consider alternate session reservations:
      • Manufacturer, allied provider/software provider
      • NE Fertilizer sessions could be a model for us to look at - off-meeting schedule?
    • Schedule organization involvement early and formally
    • Session agenda - education and action in the morning; networking and partner meetings after lunch
    • Facilitated introduction of connectivity to new and prospective members
    • Look at the session as a recruiting opportunity; position communication and engagement accordingly
    • Highlight Invited Trading Partner registration option
  • Collateral - update documentation would be beneficial
    • Please update Member Services, Kristi Block, Brent Kemp with any new connections
    • Hard copy of the quick connect guide is a value - keep it
    • Electronic updates for abbreviations document is in order
  • Any helpful stuff someone should come with?
    • Expectation setting - timing of implementation, partner meeting kick off
    • Pre-session briefing on acronyms, terms
    • Pre-sessions on integration options with other services (AGIIS, etc)

Ideation Follow-Up:
