Settlement Sheet

2. The desired outcome is that the group discusses what if anything it would make sense for AgGateway to work on related to settlement sheets or other follow-on efforts from Scale Ticket

  1. Contract is another message that is tied to a settlement sheet, that may be needed first
  2. Primary pain point/issue related is shipment settlements with processor
  3. Grower side is a little different situation, but still needed
  4. AgXML needs to be updated/replaced
  5. Following grain lifecycle, contract would follow scale ticket
  6. Figuring out splits will be important, likely needs to be covered within the scale ticket
    1. Should not expect that the scale ticket contains all the split information
  7. Linking to the filed is also important, several systems track splits at the field level
  8. decide next working group should focus on moving Contact from AgXML to ConnectCenter
    1. There may be other related pieces of the contract that need to be addressed, e.g. docusign
    2. Need to go back and revisit scale ticket to address splits
    3. Settlement sheet would be last
  9. Need to get some more people trained up on using Connect Center
