While it is your ultimate responsibility to ensure that your actions comply with applicable antitrust laws, your participation in this meeting is affirmation that you will abide by AgGateway's guidelines.

Following the presentation and conference session, a question arose around the use of 2D barcodes, and guidance that such imagery might find itself inadvertently classified as part of the product label. Follow up from Christian indicated that while this was initially the guidance, there are now certain exceptions for content that are carved out, with additional data exceptions likely.

As regulatory agency and international discussions continue, it is anticipated that certain data may be able to be defined as "self-certified" In his words, "Non-critical parts of the label or coding may be considered in the future the same way."
