To that end, AgGateway has established Antitrust Guidelines, which it has provided to each participant in this meeting. While it is your ultimate responsibility to ensure that your actions comply with applicable antitrust laws, your participation in this meeting is affirmation that you will abide by AgGateway's guidelines.

Kelly Nelson ADAPT Update:
   - Historically the data coming out of equipment comes out in a form people can't read without special assistance. ADAPT is an open source framework so people like Deere, CNH, Precision Planting, can introduce software that bridges the proprietary data and the world we work in. A series of C# .NET plugins that people use to translate data. That is shifting with the ADAPT Standard. There is no software, there is no .NET. If the manufacturer or producer wants to publish data, they should publish the data, not a proprietary file and software to read it. This consists of a JSON header file and a GEO TIF file or GEO Parquet file.

4Emerging Topics () 25 minutes

New Business items are identified and scoped or referred to other groups as applicable

  • Channel visibility
  • Rebate and program management
  • General AI topics
  • Others

Kelly: Historically there's been a character limit, can you somehow tack a product lot for traceability? That group of folks needs to mature their processes so that level of detail can be cracked.

Chris: One thing that came up was rebate management, what can AGIIS do?

Ernie(?): We started the discussion at Ever.Ag last year, but the problem is the complexity of the manufacturer programs.
