Purpose of meeting: The Seed Meet Up will inform members on the state of current work; identify industry pinch points that can benefit from process improvement, standards implementation, or both; and offer an opportunity for idea generation and collaboration.
Participants will benefit through increased understanding of industry capability and readiness to act; opportunity to offer input and provide direction on active and anticipated collaborative efforts.

| Shared PoC implementation experiences between Key Cooperative and Bayer. Discussed benefits and gotcha's. Discussed potential timetable for other implementations: Syngenta working; BASF not present. Allied Providers shared their possible timetables based on current roadmap. 2024 bandied about quite a bit. |

Also identified an additional use case for summary level data. Determined that need to consult @Jim Wilson on change from required to optional element is needed. Request to get on S&G agenda this week if possible to review desired changes - @Brent Kemp to ask @Ben Craker about time availability. COMPLETE during session. M. Hunter and Theresa FitzSimmons to connect later during conference and discuss documentation format. Discussion on CreatedDate and LastChangedDate. CreatedDate is the date of the original transfer request creation, while LastChangeDate would track any subsequent updates. General interest in having transfer capabilities included in message sets.
