To that end, AgGateway has established Antitrust Guidelines, which it has provided to each participant in this meeting. While it is your ultimate responsibility to ensure that your actions comply with applicable antitrust laws, your participation in this meeting is affirmation that you will abide by AgGateway's guidelines. | Purpose of meeting: The purpose of this meeting is to acquire input into the AgGateway Portfolio Strategy. This can encompass a wide range of topics. Attendees will help select and prioritize topics/areas of interest. This meeting will focus on identifying and defining those topics of interest. We will use Mural for today's exercise. By the end we may or may not align on a top 3 or 4 topics to tackle. We will decide how often these Meet Ups should occur (monthly or quarterly). We will identify next steps/owners. |
