Application window

A span of time during which the application of a crop input has the greatest likelihood of bringing about the desired outcome.  The determination of this span of time is dependent on many factors: stage of growth of the crop and/or the pest being treated and the level of pest infestation and its lifecycle stage, ambient weather conditions both pre and post treatment, application technologies being deployed as well proximity to sensitive locations to name but a few.
