  • Collect questions on ADAPT from interns for use in new FAQs, new blurbs on website, and social media content:
    In progress. Jeff (intern) completed his harmonization of the source code, data model and online documentation, as well as porting the data model from ArgoUML to Enterprise Architect. He will move now to organize questions.
  • Soils Lab Data Survey: Created that SurveyMonkey and it has been distributed. We have gotten 4 responses so far, and WG04 agreed to look at them in greater detail when we have some more.

"This is My AgGateway"

  • What action do we want to take on this and how soon? Merge into testimonial process? Emails to long-time volunteers?
    • "This is my AgGateway" concept - using a statement prompt, ask member contributors or users to state in one sentence what AgGateway is to them (one-liners for blurbs in the newsletter, on social media, etc.).
    • Jeremy W Wilson: "It provides tools for me to improve and bring data interoperability."

  • Syngenta intern questions to use for news snippets/FAQs/Tweets/posts
  • From Jeremy W Wilson: Frequently receives question "How does ADAPT link to what we did in SPADE, what we did in Glossary, and will SPADE and AGIIS every be joined?"

Meri and Susan Ruland (Unlicensed) discussed and may need another 10 days before have update.

This is My AgGateway - Susan Ruland (Unlicensed) will contact 4 or 5 people to build a base of statements as examples to gather other statements. Jeremy W Wilson wants to have these for Annual Meeting slide decks - tie to "Create, Engage, Grow." Video clips and written statements. Tell members they'll be contacted throughout the year to give their testimonial of what AgGateway is to/for them.
