| DISCUSSION R. Andres Ferreyra (Unlicensed) has comments from the ADAPT team and is updating the ADAPT/ISO11783 note with that content. Joe Tevis sent info to DANIEL DANFORD, so Andres and Dan need to talk before sharing the document with this group for others. Corina Ardelean said Soil Testing meeting in Normal/Bloomington, IL in 2 weeks, and if can have a flyer done before that, can share with that group R. Andres Ferreyra (Unlicensed) said the ADAPT Branching and Versioning Policy is current. Susan Ruland (Unlicensed) will consider ways to tie together 'sets' of information in the new website structure - it's not really an implementation note document, but a similar concept of "I want to do x, so I should look at A, B, and C pages or documents" Easy way to point people to resources to solve their pain point. Store a backlog of what we want implementation notes on - store under PAC Communications landing page and make public to all members(?). This ties back to the importance of Core Documents. Do we need a working group to manage implementation notes or best practices? Create list, identify the person who will be the SME and have tech writer work with them. Draft list, put it out to group and ask who is interested in working on and start with those that get volunteers. Have a PAIL implementation note list, just need to locate and put in one place. For full Precision Ag Council, Jessica Trites Rolle will identify possible working groups and meetups and put out a list to PA members to ask for interest in discussion topics. KEEP: Key notes from May 31, 2019 call concerning any communications for AgGateway The group talked about the challenge of any communications piece, including infographics, with the constant changes of work done by AgGateway and the ever-changing agriculture space worldwide and always shifting technology.
Do short animated video to show the stakeholders and deliverables flows and how AgGateway fits in - group agreed, this is a good approach. |
