package configuration issue email

An email function within AGIIS available from the Package Configuration View page by clicking the “Notify Manufacturer” button. The “Manufacturer Issue Email” page is displayed. The page is used to create and send an email to the product manufacturer to notify them of an issue with a specific package configuration record in AGIIS (examples:  incorrect name of package configuration, missing package configuration, quantity issue, reportable ID issue or active/inactive status issue). The email message will be sent to the product issue contact specified by the manufacturer in their AGIIS Subscriber Profile. The email’s subject field is automatically filled in based on the Product Issue Category selected. The email includes the reporting user’s contact information to allow the manufacturer to contact the user if necessary. All information from the product level page that was being viewed is included in the email. The user will receive a carbon copy of the email that is sent to the manufacturer.
