agreement

An agreement represents a generic contract between a manufacturer and a prospective licensee. In AGIIS, agreements typically refer to contractual language having to do with the seed traits. When an individual grower or company contractually "agrees" to this contract, the individual contract between the manufacturer and the grower is represented in AGIIS by a "license".
