For the purposes of each eligible crop insurance contract, any agent or subagent who: (1) for a new or revised application, signs the application; and (2) for any crop year, signs the acreage or similar reports, as applicable. Each eligible crop insurance contract has at least one, and may have multiple, agents of record. All agents of record for each eligible crop insurance contract shall be reported by the Company, in accordance with Appendix III.
