An entity add\update\reactivation\or E-Business Identification Code (EBID) enumeration request that is determined to require manual review by an AGIIS Directory Administrator. Such requests are not directly updated to the "Master Directory" entity database but are queued for review by a DA. Contrast to "[[Direct Add / Update]]".
