Subscribers who have been classified as ebMS-Enabled by the Directory Administrator and have established at least one entity contact list may use this function to notify other (ebMS-enabled) subscribers when a new entity is added to AGIIS (and added to their subset) or an existing entity is added to their subset. This function is typically used when subscribers will have a common interest in an entity record and early notification of this fact is necessary.
