  • Description: Your contributions to the AgGateway mission will be easier and less stressful when you understand how we use the two key tools of collaboration: the AgGateway Wiki and MyAgGateway. The Wiki houses all of the key organizational resources, and in the first half of this session you will learn how to find what you are looking for. This will include learning how to create meeting agendas, add meeting minutes, copy pages, view page history, import documents, link to documents, add dynamic content, and more. The second half of this session will focus on AgGateway’s member portal MyAgGateway. Topics covered will include how to access the member directory, how to update your profile, how to review and pay an open invoice, and much more.

About Bill Schmarzo: Bill is currently part of Dell Technology’s SPEAR AI leadership, where he is responsible for working with customers to help build the cross-organizational alignment in developing their business-centric AI and data strategies.

Bill is the former Chief Innovation Officer at Hitachi Vantara where he was responsible for driving Hitachi Vantara’s Data Science and “co-creation” efforts. He was selected for Hitachi Limited’s 2020 Solution Innovation Award for his ground-breaking work in data science and Automated Machine Learning.

Bill also has served as CTO at Dell EMC where he formulated the company’s Big Data Practice strategy, identified target markets, developed solution frameworks, and led Analytics client engagements with his Vision Workshop, a methodology that links an organization’s strategic business initiatives with supporting data and analytics. As the VP of Analytics at Yahoo, Bill delivered the analytics tools and applications that optimized customers’ online marketing spend.

Known the technology industry as the “Dean of Big Data,” Schmarzo has taught extensively at the college level, including currently as an Adjunct Professor at Iowa State University

The schemes and repositories for these entities have changed over the years, but the rules on how grower entities are identified and managed have not received as much attention.
