- Susan Ruland (Unlicensed) to check wiki page with updates from MYM for content and connect with Jeremy if any additional points needed
- Review attendees and exhibitors to determine communication approach
- What are talking points (questions/info) to other exhibitors at InfoAg?
- Susan Ruland (Unlicensed)has a list of attendees she will send to everyone
- Jeremy W Wilson and Mark Stelford (Unlicensed) to review and identify companies on the list to target for a conversation
- Mark Stelford (Unlicensed) to develop ADAPT talking points
- Points drawn up - Susan Ruland (Unlicensed) will track down points from Mark to include at the top of handouts to companies facilitating conversations at InfoAg
- Jeremy W Wilson and others to develop other PAC talking points
- Shannon Haringx (Unlicensed) to schedule a separate call to review strategy for attendees to divide and conquer with talking points - send doodle poll

- Speaking Engagement Framework for Awareness (only AgGateway specific presentations):
- Weekly staff calls - 1st week of month, Susan reports out on communications activities
- Plan to start a wiki page where people can log their speaking engagements which Susan can check before that meeting
- Jeremy W Wilson to put this on the PAC meeting agenda to inform of this process and ask speakers to log (September 7).
- R. Andres Ferreyra (Unlicensed) has some engagements coming up and will start the page for review at next meeting.

- Jim - we need to cleanup and align ADAPT source code with ...
- Versioning needs to be established - highly confusing
- Jim Wilson to schedule an ADAPT technical team call to resolve this - Jim touched base with several people on this
- Need to be mindful of ADAPT being perceived as a standard rather than a toolkit (by Europeans) - any ADAPT talking points need to be clear on this.
- Need to be able to communicate about ADAPT to a less technical audience about how ADAPT makes their world better
- Jim is working on ADAPT videos and will finish soon. Need to be shortened in length.
- Should we do a press release on PAIL following the Irrigation Professional article?
