Purpose of meeting: The Crop Protection Connectivity - Canada team regroups to provide quarterly updates on connectivity status. Evolution of group facilitation will also be discussed.

Participants will benefit through increased understanding of industry capability and readiness to act; opportunity to offer input and provide direction on active and anticipated collaborative efforts.

4Round table status updates (Brent Kemp)- 20 minutesGroup receives updates on connectivity implementation planned, in process or completed. All are aware of intended schedules for the next quarter.

Corteva (via email) - 

  • Now new connectivity until late 2021; all hands supporting new ERP roll out at this time. Connections implemented with a heritage company will be migrated to the new system and will not require a second connectivity partner-to-partner project.

Winfield United Canada - 

  • Similar timeframe as they manage transition of B2B supply chain management systems and align on a common LOL platform. Looking at summer 2021 for new connections. Building awareness and bringing on new participants is always desirable.

Group reviews wiki as potential repository for connectivity update spreadsheet content, self-service use for update provisioning. Group determines whether to transition to wiki.

Brent Kemp will send a notice out to the distribution list with updates from today's call. Suggest that if a quick regroup isn't an option, that we include a discussion of Canada CP at the virtual annual meeting. Brent will also send announcement/dates for that to the team.
