Determine focus for the Mid-Year meeting

Discussion on what will be presented during what time slots. Need to ready document to have something for all liaisons to present within each of their appropriate councils.

 

  • Two documents that were previously discussed were more general in nature.
  • Jody to create a new document for the MYM presentation by May 20.
  • Natasha sent a general description for MYM sent to Courtney
    • J to do a Wiki training
    • Basic Social Media training
  • Looked at fliers developed by Natasha and J. Decision was determined to combine both into one and have it ready for Committee/Council sessions at MYM.
    • Drop off G+ and Facebook
    • Natasha and J to combine two fliers and send out to group for approval
    • Natasha to follow up with Susan on how to get flier produced and distributed to Committee members.
