  1. Inventory      manager generates Inventory manager initiates a Physical Inventory or Cycle Count in ICS for relevant inventory      to count.Warehouse      Staff .
  2. Organization generate inventory count sheets
  3. Warehouse Staff will locate product.
  4. Warehouse      Staff scans product GTIN.
  5. Warehouse      Staff Warehouse Staff record qty on count sheet. Repeat until all counts are completed
  6. Organization enters count into ICS.
