Prerelease packages are automatically created no more frequently than once daily from the contents of a release branch. These versions are marked as prerelease and are posted to NuGet.org. This provides early testing for new versions.

How to get to version 2?

Upon this document’s approval, the following process will be followed:

1. A new branch ‘develop’ will be branched from ADAPT/master.
2. The default branch on ADAPT/ADAPT will be set to develop. This can set by going to “Settings→Branches” from the repository page.
3. The process for creating a new release branch with version number 2.0.0 will occur
4. The release will follow the release finalization process, including merging into master and tagging as 2.0.0 and closing the release branch

The project will then follow the process outlined in this document.
